PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU SMP SE-GUGUS 08 DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG

This research wish to know and lay open performance leadership of headmaster in improving work productivity teacher in SMP area 08 in Kabupaten Bandung. Headmaster performance which is accurate to be limited at role which must be conducted headmaster that is as leader, as administrator and as mediator. Research is important as an effort in improving teacher work productivity influenced by many factors, among others is performance leadership of as one who headmaster he in control of school activity. As for target of which wish to be reached is ( 1) how headmaster performance picture as leader, as administrator and as mediator in SMP area 08 in Kabupaten Bandung, ( 2) how work productivity teacher in SMP area 08 in Kabupaten Bandung, ( 3) how influence of headmaster head performance as leader, and administrator of mediator to work productivity teacher in SMP area 08 in kabupaten Bandung. Method which used in research is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. Data collected to enquette closed (by using scale of Likeri) propagated to teachers of SMP area 08 in Kabupaten Bandung as taken sampel with area propottional random sampling.
