A teacher plays an important role in education system. Planning of teacher need should be done objectively and accurately. 1 Unbalancing of teacher demand and teacher recruitment will impact the teaching ineffectiveness. There are several factors influencing teacher demand, such as student account, curriculum reform, and education policy. The accurateness of analysis and account of . teacher demand will cope with the problem relating to teacher need, lack of teacher, teacher quality, and relevance of teacher competence and the need for teacher skill. In planning teacher , ,; demand, a planner must be able to predict future condition in order to make a balancing between demand and recruitment.
