Classroom action research (CAR) oh developing classroom climate has been widely examined and implemented by teachers of developed countries to improve teaching-' learning process in their classrooms. In Indonesia the examination and research on classroom climate has not been widely actualized by teachers. This collaborative CAR to improve students achievement using the development of classroom climate was carried out. by the teacher of Biology of Public Senior High School (SMA) II of Cikarang Utara. Bekasi. "â– The research process took two cycles to finish, and the results of both cycles showed that the classroom climate development could improve student achievement. For that reason, it can be concluded that one of the alternatives may be used by teachers to improve student achievement is classroom climate development.
