PERENCANAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA: KUNCI KEBERHASILAN ORGANISASI
Abstract
The advancement of science and technology recently has caused strict business competitions. In this case, human resources become irreplaceable asset of organization/company Any advanced and sophisticated technologies are worthless if they do not go along with any human's elements as the agent and implementer of technology operational activities. The recent technology advancement needs human resources which are able to apply any technology advancement into the organization practices. It needs a well and trustable future preparation to decide the kinds of human resources' quality and quantity which will be employed in the company. The human resources preparation helps in deciding the quality and quantity of employees and the kinds of required future organization. Any companies/organizations have to decide their future by relevantly planning the future of the companies/organizations in accordance with the current era. In this era, it is very hard to predict the future as the rapid and massive changes in competitive business' circle and in competitive busness organizational life. In both circumstances, people in the companies/ organizations are demanded to move forward conforming to the rapid and massive changes. The rapidness of trend changes gives a logic consequence to the companies that are they ara able to anticipate and ajust themselves to the current trends. In this extent, the human resources preparation will be more significant as the globalizations, new technologies and organizational reconstruction processes are the central of the companies. It means that those three elements are quite important to the companies' development. An organization which is not supported by appropriate employees in any aspects such as in quantity, quality, strategy and operational aspects is predicted to undergo difficulty in maintaining and developing its existence in the future. There are four human resources planning aspects which support the success of human resources preparation implementation: (1) forecasting the employees, (2) performing the human resources audit, (3) analyzing the balance of demand and supply by performing demand and supply analysis, (4) running an action program.
