KREATIVITAS PEMIMPIN PENDIDIKAN DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN

Abstract

Leadership is a very significant factor within the management of an organization, especially in the education, because through leadership, management functions can be run according to the mechanism for achieving educational goals. Advantages include an educational institution is determined by the capabilities and creativity of leaders in taking decisions. At least there are three types of educational leaders in making decisions. The first type is the bureaucrats who always make decisions purely based on instructions from the agency on top. The second type is accommodative, according to this type of group decision making based on conditions or included in certain situational category. The third type is a creative, leaders who fall into this category tend to have a lot of sense and how to solve problems so that they do not give up easily on an unfavorable situation.

Experience in the field, a successful education leaders tend to type this creative, they are able to accommodate all the interests of the bureaucracy and the organization as well as creative in developing alternative solutions to problems. Creative leaders who did not appear suddenly, but through various processes are interrelated, forming a creative leader's personal.
