Abstract

Human resources quality education will make the country (organization) will become a developed country and quality. To develop human resources, then education is a basic strategy of science and technology in human resource development. With human resource-based science and technology, it will be individual learners, which will ultimately make the organization (state) into a learning organization that is ready to meet and live the era of globalization and information. However, education is a valuable provision for the individual from his birth until adulthood, even during his entire life.
