College has a function to help people have a very high capacity so that they understand the opportunities that come with globalization and the global economy, which can be utilized for the welfare of nation and state building. Objective conditions of the nation, global challenges and the challenges of information technology, making universities in Indonesia underpressure is very heavy, to build universities, especially in the era of globalization, faced with the dynamics of the external environment. The external environment of this college is the strategic environment in which the competence of persistent and can not be stopped or discontinued. Therefore requires a new conception of higher education which can achieve service excellence in order to maintain the value of helping students gain from their participation in education in college. So universities should present balanced with good quality so it has a competitive advantage (competitive advantage). Openness to interact with a variety of strategic support is the nature of the very important and the tools to move faster, and also a tool to develop competitive advantage.
