Abstract

Most of the research study and review seeks to identify the variables that influence the school effectiveness.  Even though so, a little research and surveys to study the influence of goal setting and organizations justice with school effectiveness. This study describes the concept and existence of setting goals and organization justice in the school. The study also describes the impact of the existence of goal setting and organizations justice related to school effectiveness
