The rapid development of digital technology has influenced students' social interaction patterns, leading to a decline in social awareness and an increase in individualistic attitudes. This condition encourages schools to implement school culture habituation as a strategy for strengthening character education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sebumi Program and its role in fostering students' social care character at SMP Negeri 19 Malang. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. Data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that the Sebumi Program is implemented regularly through Edufun and Gelar Karya activities as part of the school's culture. The program contributes to improving students' social care character, as reflected in their empathy, cooperation, responsibility, environmental awareness, and participation in social activities. These findings indicate that consistent school culture habituation effectively strengthens students' social care character.
