PERAN KETERLIBATAN MULTI-STAKEHOLDER PENTA-HELIX DALAM PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH DI SEKTOR PARIWISATA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keterlibatan multi-stakeholder penta-helix yang meliputi sektor pemerintah, akademisi, swasta, komunitas, dan media dalam pengembangan bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor pariwisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui convenience sampling yang dilakukan melalui observasi, open questionnaire, in-dept interview, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validitas dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber. Analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pengkodingan data, penyusunan tabulasi data, dan analisis deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa peran stakeholder terbanyak didominasi oleh Komunitas sebesar 27%, Pemerintah sebesar 25%, Swasta sebesar 19%, Media sebesar 19%, dan Akademisi sebesar 10%. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa memiliki kerjasama dengan multi-stakeholder penta-helix membawa peningkatan dalam pengembangan usaha UMKM di sektor pariwisata, sebaliknya semakin sedikit keterlibatan multi-stakeholder penta-helix pada UMKM pariwisata akan membuat usaha UMKM tersebut menjadi sulit berkembang.
