Abstract

Abstrak: Hubungan Kesiapan Teknologi dengan Persepsi Kebermanfaatan Teknologi pada UMKM. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan seluruh dimensi kesiapan teknologi yaitu optimism, innovativeness, discomfort dan insecurity dengan persepsi kebermanfaatan teknologi di UMKM. Penelitian ini meuggunakan 499 sampel UMKM yang beroperasi di Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil menggunakan pendekatan simple random sampling. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Seluruh hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan pendekatan partial leas square (PLS). Data diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara optimism, innovativeness, dan insecurity dengan persepsi kebermanfaatan (H1, H2, dan H4 didukung). hasil menujukan tidak ada hubungan antara variabel discomfort dengan persepsi kebermanfaatan (H3 tidak didukung). Secara teoretis penelitian mampu memberikan bukti baru bahwa meskipun UMKM merasa teknologi tidak aman tetapi mereka tetap menganggap teknologi bermanfaat.

Abstract: The Relationship between Technology Readiness and Technology Perceived Usefulness in MSMEs. This study explores the relationship between all dimensions of technology readiness: optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, and perceptions of technology's usefulness in MSMEs. This study uses a sample of 499 MSMEs operating in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling approach. Samples were collected using a questionnaire. All research hypotheses were tested using the partial leases square (PLS) approach. The data is processed using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results showed a positive relationship between optimism, innovativeness, and insecurity with perceived usefulness (H1, H2, and H4 were supported). The results show no relationship between the discomfort variable and the perceived usefulness (H3 is not supported). Theoretically, research can provide new evidence that even though MSMEs feel technology is unsafe, they still consider technology useful.
