Abstrak

Jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia masih perlu ditekan, berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (2022) Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) pada Agustus 2022 sebesar 5,97 persen jika dibandingkan dengan bulan Agustus 2021 mengalami penurunan sebesar 0.63 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui produksi batik ciprat di Desa Gumiwang Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan pencapaian pemberdayaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode/teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pemberdayaan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai tahapan-tahapan pemberdayaan yaitu seleksi lokasi, penyadaran, pelaksanaan pemberdayaan yang meliputi perencanaan, penguatan kapasitas dan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan, selanjutnya tahap pemandirian masyarakat. Adapun terdapat pencapaian pemberdayaan diukur dari bidang sosial ekonomi, politik dan psikologis.

 

 

Society Empowerment Through Production of Batik Ciprat in Gumiwang Village Banjarnegara Regency

 

Abstract

The number of unployed in indonesia to be controlled, based on data from the Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS (2022) The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in August 2022 was 5.97 percent decrease compared to August 2021 which was 0.63 percent. The aim of this study is to describe the process of society empowerment through the production of Batik Ciprat in Gumiwang Village, Banjarnegara Regency and the achievements of its empowerment. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The data validation technique uses source triangulation and method/technique simulation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the empowerment process had been carried out according to the empowerment stages as follows, location selection, awareness, empowerment implementation which included planning, capacity building and empowerment implementation, then the society self-reliance stage.
