LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH DAN PERILAKU MENABUNG MAHASISWA

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan perilaku menabung mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 100 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah mahasiswa berada di level rendah yaitu not literate (32%) dan less literate (38%). Sedangkan sisanya berada di level sufficient literate (30%). Ditinjau dari perilaku menabung, mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki rekening di bank umum dan masih sedikit mahasiswa yang meiliki rekening bank syariah.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy and student saving behavior. This research is a survey research. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The samples taken were 100 students of the Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. Data collection uses a questionnaire/questionnaire technique. The results showed that students' Islamic financial literacy was at a low level, namely not literate (32%) and less literate (38%). While the rest are at the sufficient literate level (30%). In terms of saving behavior, the majority of students have accounts at commercial banks and there are still a few students who have Islamic bank accounts.
