Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of reading work drawings, knowing the understanding of 2D & 3D autodesk inventor applications, the effect of understanding reading work drawings on understanding 2D & 3D autodesk inventor applications. This study uses the expost facto method, the population in this study is 64 XII grade students. Data collection using test questions. Data analysis using descriptive, prerequisite test analysis and product moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate that students' understanding in reading working drawings is in the medium category with an average value of 71.98. Students' understanding in the 2D & 3D autodesk inventor application is in the high category with an average value of 76.04. There is a positive influence between the understanding of reading working drawings on the understanding of 2D & 3D autodesk inventor applications (r = 0.876).
