Abstract

This research aims to determine the suitability of learning media, the condition of student motivation, and the influence of the use of E-Learning learning media on the learning motivation of Certified Independent Study Mechanical Engineering students at PT Stechoq Robotika Indonesia. The method in this research is ex-post facto research with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this research were 28 Mechanical Engineering Certified Independent Study students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The research results show that the use of the Stechoq Training Center E-Learning learning media is good, this can be shown from the average percentage of 85.22%, the condition of student motivation is also in the good category with a percentage of 81.13%. There is a positive and significant influence of the use of the E-Learning Stechoq Training Center learning media on the learning motivation of Certified Independent Study Mechanical Engineering students at PT Stechoq Robotika Indonesia of 0.354, which indicates that the E-Learning Stechoq Training Center learning media has an influence of 35.4% on learning motivation. student.
