Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of OHS knowledge and the application of reward and punishment on OHS behavior of TKRO XI class students in PMKR practicum at SMK Nasional Berbah. In addition, this study also aims to determine the simultaneous effect of OHS knowledge variables and the application of rewards and punishments on OHS behavior. This research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were 52 students in class XI TKRO. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis of multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2. The results of this study indicate (1) K3 knowledge has a positive effect on student K3 behavior with the results of t count 2.642> ttable 2.009 and p-value of 0.001 <0.05; (2) reward and punishment has an effect on student K3 behavior with the results of tcount 2.296> t table 2.009 and p-value 0.001 <0.05; (3) K3 knowledge and reward and punishment simultaneously affect students' K3 behavior during PMKR practice at SMK Nasional Berbah with the results of Fcount 8.678> Ftable 3.19 and a p-value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan K3 dan penerapan reward and punishment terhadap perilaku K3 siswa kelas XI TKRO pada praktikum PMKR di SMK Nasional Berbah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan variabel pengetahuan K3 dan penerapan reward and punishment terhadap perilaku K3. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 52 siswa kelas XI TKRO. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif Regresi Linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan R2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) pengetahuan K3 berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku K3 siswa dengan hasil thitung 2,642 > ttabel 2,009 dan p-value sebesar 0,001< 0,05; (2) reward and punishment berpengaruh terhadap perilaku K3 siswa dengan hasil thitung 2,296 > ttabel 2,009 dan p-value 0,001< 0,05; (3) pengetahuan K3 dan reward and punishment secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku K3 siswa pada saat praktik PMKR di SMK Nasional Berbah dengan hasil Fhitung 8,678 > Ftabel 3,19 dan p-value sebesar 0,001< 0,05.
