Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscript undergoes a comprehensive evaluation process to ensure the quality and integrity of the publication. Initially, the editors review the manuscript to confirm that it aligns with the journal's focus and scope and that it is free from plagiarism. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% will not be considered. The editorial team also examines whether the manuscript has significant methodological flaws or issues that require revision before proceeding. Once the initial editorial screening is complete, at least two peer reviewers will assess every submitted manuscript. The peer review process is conducted using a double-blind method, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. This approach maintains objectivity and fairness throughout the evaluation. The reviewers assess the manuscript based on its originality, novelty, methodological rigor, objectivity, scientific impact, conclusions, and the quality and relevance of references.

After completing the review process, the reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations, which are forwarded to the corresponding author. The author is required to address these comments through necessary revisions and responses. The revised manuscript, along with the reviewers’ suggestions, is then evaluated during an editorial board meeting. In this meeting, the suggested decisions—such as acceptance, revision, or rejection—are thoroughly discussed. The final decision, approved by the editorial board, is communicated to the corresponding author. If accepted, the manuscript will proceed to the next stages of copyediting, layout editing, and final proofreading before publication. This rigorous process ensures that only high-quality, impactful research is published in the journal.
