Article Publication Fee

To support the costs of open-access publishing, peer-review management, indexing, and digital archiving, this journal (ISSN: 3109-3655) charges a fair, transparent publication fee for accepted manuscripts.
 
1. Fee Structure
We maintain a streamlined pricing model to ensure the global dissemination of academic research:
  • Article Processing Charge (APC): Rp 50,000 or $3 USD
  • Submission Fee: Free of charge (IDR 0 )
  • Fast-Track Review: Optional, available upon request with an additional fee of Rp 100,000
Note: The publication fee is only requested AFTER the manuscript has successfully passed the rigorous peer-review process and been officially accepted for publication.
 
2. What the Fee Covers
The article publication fee directly contributes to the maintenance of high-quality scholarly publishing:
  • Comprehensive double-blind peer-review management.
  • Professional copyediting, typesetting, and formatting (layout editing).
  • Plagiarism screening using premium software (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate).
  • Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration and permanent hosting on dedicated servers.
  • Abstracting and indexing across global academic databases.
3. Payment Method
Once your article is accepted, our editorial team will send a formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA) along with an invoice and detailed payment instructions. Authors can make the payment via [Bank Transfer / PayPal / Western Union].
 
4. Fee Waiver and Discounts
We are committed to making academic research accessible. Partial or full fee waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis for authors from developing countries, or for invited keynote speakers. Authors experiencing financial hardship can apply for a waiver by submitting a formal request to our editorial office before the peer-review phase begins.
