Pengaruh Penggunaan Self Talk Terhadap Ketahanan Mental Dan Performa Atlet
Abstract
Pengaruh self-talk terhadap ketahanan mental dan performa atlet adalah subjek penelitian ini. Dalam menghadapi situasi kompetitif, self-talk adalah strategi psikologis yang membantu atlet mengatur pikiran, fokus, dan emosi. Performa atlet berarti kemampuan untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan fisik dan mental selama pertandingan, sedangkan ketahanan mental berarti kemampuan untuk tetap stabil, percaya diri, dan merespons tekanan secara efektif. Penelitian menggunakan analisis literatur tentang psikologi olahraga dan metode regulasi diri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembicaraan diri yang positif meningkatkan ketahanan mental dan meningkatkan konsentrasi, kontrol diri, dan motivasi atlet. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa self-talk harus dimasukkan ke dalam program latihan mental sebagai pendekatan yang menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan kesiapan psikologis dan kemampuan atlet dalam kompetisi.
