Abstract
Supervision consulting service companies are very influential on development in this country because in the current era everyone is already using digital technology so an employee is required to be able to master it, therefore we research intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on consulting companies in Gresik Regency. This research was conducted on 12 supervisory consulting service companies in the Gresik district. The data collected in this study are primary data obtained from a questionnaire/questionnaire that we distributed directly to supervisory consulting service companies in the Gresik district. the method we use is the pls method (partial least square) and we do several tests, namely validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. IQ has a significant effect on leadership, EQ has a significant effect on leadership, and SQ has a significant effect on leadership. IQ has a significant effect on motivation, EQ does not affect motivation, and SQ has a significant effect on motivation. IQ has a significant effect on the integration of building quality, EQ has a significant effect on the integration of building quality, and SQ does not affect the integration of building quality. In this study, it is hoped that readers, especially for supervisory consulting service companies in Gresik Regency, can find out the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on employees.

ABSTRAK
Perusahaan jasa konsultasi pengawasan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembangunan yang ada di negeri ini, karena pada era saat ini semua sudah menggunakan teknologi digital sehingga seorang karyawan di tuntut untuk dapat mengusai teknologi sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, maka dari itu kami melakukan penelitian tentang kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual terhadap perusahaan konsultasi yang ada di Kabupaten Gresik, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intelegence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), dan Spiritual Quotient (SQ) terhadap kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan jasa konsultasi pengawasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 perusahaan jasa konsultasi pengawasan di kabupaten Gresik. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari angket/kuisoner yang kami sebarkan secara langsung kepada perusahaan jasa konsultasi pengawasan yang ada di kabupaten Gresik. untuk metode yang kita gunakan adalah metode PLS (Partial Least Square) dan kita melakukan beberapa pengujian yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) IQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, EQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan SQ tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; 2) IQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, EQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, dan SQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan; 3) IQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, EQ tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, dan SQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi; 4) IQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap integrasi mutu bangunan, EQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap integrasi mutu bangunan, dan SQ tidak berpengaruh terhadap integrasi mutu bangunan. Dalam penelitian ini diharapkan pembaca khususnya bagi perusahaan jasa konsultasi pengawasan di kabupaten Gresik dapat mengetahui pengaruh dari kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, serta spiritual terhadap karyawan.
