PENANAMAN SELF-EFFICACY DALAM MEMBENTUK KESIAPAN KERJA: STUDI KASUS SEKOLAH VOKASI DI YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak: Penanaman Self-Efficacy Dalam Membentuk Kesiapan Kerja: Studi Kasus Sekolah Vokasi Di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap proses pembentukan efikasi diri dalam rangka menyiapkan kesiapan kerja siswa SMK DIY dalam konteks MBKM. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang dipilih adalah wawancara mendalam sebagai data primer dan dokumen pemerintah serta jurnal terpilih sebagai data sekunder. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian direduksi sesuai dengan konteks SMK Pusat Keunggulan dalam program MBKM sebelum disajikan dalam hasil dan pembahasan penelitian. Hasil penelitiannya adalah SMK bekerjasama dengan DUDIKA dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja siswa. Pembangunan karakter dibangun melalui program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Kemampuan teknis bidang keahlian, guru magang, kerjasama pendirian teaching factory didapatkan melalui DUDIKA. Sekolah juga memberikan contoh situasi dunia kerja melalui pembelajaran dan program persiapan magang. Jika penanaman efikasi diri siswa dilaksanakan secara optimal, maka siswa bisa mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan DUDIKA. Ke depan, sekolah menjadi tempat pengembangan ekosistem DUDIKA.

Abstract: Cultivating Self-Efficacy in Forming Work Readiness: Case Study of Vocational Schools in Yogyakarta. This research aims to reveal the process of forming self-efficacy in order to prepare DIY Vocational School students' work readiness in the MBKM context. The research approach used is qualitative. The data collection technique chosen was in-depth interviews as primary data and government documents and selected journals as secondary data. The data collected was then reduced according to the context of the Center for Excellence Vocational School in the MBKM program before being presented in the research results and discussion. The results of the research are that SMK collaborates with DUDIKA in forming students' work readiness. Character development is built through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program. Technical abilities in areas of expertise, teacher internships, collaboration in establishing teaching factories are obtained through DUDIKA. The school also provides examples of world of work situations through learning and internship preparation programs. If the cultivation of student self-efficacy is carried out optimally, then students can achieve the competencies expected by DUDIKA. In the future, schools will become a place for developing the DUDIKA ecosystem.
