The Correlation of Workshop Facilities and Learning Motivation on The Fabrication Practical Learning Outcomes

This study aims to determine how much the correlation of workshop facilities to practical learning outcomes, how much the correlation of learning motivation to practical learning outcomes, and how much the correlation of workshop facilities and learning motivation together to the practical learning outcomes of students at class XI TFLM SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. The research method used in this research is ex-post facto. The population in this study amounted to 65 students and all of them were sampled. Data collection techniques using observation methods, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that workshop facilities had a positive and significant correlation with a calculated r value of 0.608, learning motivation had a positive and significant correlation with a calculated r value of 0.460, and workshop facilities and learning motivation together had a positive and significant correlation to practical learning outcomes with a calculated r value of 0.753.
