The The Implementation Analysis of Occupational Safety and Health in the Welding Workshop of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen

This research aims to determine the implementation of occupational safety and health carried out by students in classes XI and XII the method in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire type instrument. The subjects in this research were students in class XI and XII of Welding Engineering at SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen with a total of 67 students. The results of this research show: the average student has implemented K3 regulations well with a percentage value of 78.4%, the average K3 knowledge possessed by students is good with a percentage value of 80%, the average student K3 attitude is good. good with a percentage value of 63.6%. There is a positive and significant influence of 63.6% among students in implementing K3 regulations on students' K3 attitudes. There is a positive and significant influence of 59.1% between students' K3 knowledge and students' K3 attitudes. There is a positive and significant influence of 69.7% between students implementing K3 regulations and students' K3 knowledge together on students' K3 attitudes.
