Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of workshop facilities, determine the magnitude of the influence of learning motivation, determine the magnitude of the influence of the teacher's role, determine the magnitude of the influence of workshop facilities, learning motivation, and the teacher's role together on learning achievement in lathe machining techniques of class XI students of the National Vocational School. changed. This research is a quantitative research ex-post facto. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. There are two prerequisite tests, namely the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of a regression test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of workshop facilities on learning achievement of turning machining technique is 27.1%, the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement of turning machining technique is 17.9%, the influence of the teacher's role on learning achievement of turning machining technique is 14, 3%, the influence of workshop facilities, learning motivation, and the role of the teacher together on learning achievement of lathe machining techniques of class XI students at SMK Nasional Berbah is 48.8%.
