Development of Mechanical Testing Training Module for Junior Engineer at Material Technology Center PT Komatsu Indonesia

Training modules have a very strategic role in improving the competence of the workforce in industry. This study aims to develop training modules for mechanical testing for Junior Engineers at Material Technology Center (MTC) PT Komatsu Indonesia, and determine the feasibility level of the module from the material and media aspects. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The data analysis technique used is a simple quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the feasibility level of the material aspect obtained a final score of 2.81 out of 4.00 with the feasible category and from the media aspect obtained a final score of 3.67 out of 4.00 with the very feasible category.
