Author Guidelines

Authors are required to submit meticulously proofread and refined papers. Manuscripts should represent original or extended versions of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and, if sponsored officially, must have received clearance for open publication. Please ensure your submission adheres to the journal paper template before sending it. For writing format and style, authors must follow the Journal of Vocational Applied Research and Studies Word template. To manage references and formatting, it is recommended to use tools like EndNote, Mendeley, or Zotero, and adopt the IEEE style for consistency, resulting in faster processing and publication. Failure to meet the guidelines may lead to non-processing of the papers.

Journal of Vocational Applied Research and Studies (JVARS) sets certain minimum standard requirements including a minimum length of 8 pages and maximum length of 20 pages for the submitted paper, and a clear research contribution outlined in the introduction. Citations should be managed using tools like Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote, following the IEEE style, or manually cited. Authors are also reminded to use the JVARS paper template for preparation. Additionally, a substantial number of references, preferably from journal papers and up-to-date sources, around 20, are expected.
