Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is Defined as, but Not Limited to, the Following:

  1. Referencing or quoting terms, words, sentences, data, or information from a source without proper citation or adequate acknowledgment of the original source.

  2. Citing or quoting isolated terms, words, sentences, data, or information from a source without appropriately referencing the original source in the citation or providing sufficient indication of its origin.

  3. Utilizing ideas, opinions, perspectives, or theories from a source without providing adequate attribution to the original source.

  4. Paraphrasing or rewording phrases, sentences, ideas, opinions, perspectives, or theories from a source without clearly indicating the origin of the source.

  5. Submitting a scientific paper or work authored or published by another individual as one's own scholarly contribution without proper and explicit acknowledgment of the original author.
