This paper explores the effectiveness of personalized tutoring methods in improving speaking skills among Thomas Carr College students learning Bahasa Indonesia, emphasizing tailored lesson plans and interactive practice.By focusing on individual needs and learning styles, this approach aims to foster greater confidence and fluency in conversational skills, ultimately leading to a more immersive language experience.The findings suggest that one-on-one tutoring not only accelerates language acquisition but also creates a supportive environment where students feel comfortable to speak.These elements contribute to a more engaging learning atmosphere, rasing students’s cobfidence which is crucial for developing proficiency in a second language.The study highlights the importance of incorporating culturally relevant materials and real-life scenarios into tutoring sessions, further enhancing students' connection to the language and its practical applications in everyday situations.
