Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, kendala, resistensi, serta faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh melalui pendekatan andragogi pada Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 di PAUD Qolbun Salim Desa Jatiendah Kecamatan Cilengkrang Kabupaten Bandung. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 26 orang tua (ibu) saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di PAUD Qolbun Salim melalui pendekatan andragogi 92% dapat diikuti, hanya 8% orang tua (ibu) yang tidak dapat mengikutinya. Dari 8% yang tidak dapat mengikuti PJJ sebesar 4% disebabkan  kesibukan berbisnis online, dan 4 %  Handphone yang tidak memadai. Kendala dan resistensi dalam pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh terkait dengan sarana prasarana, kemampuan orang tua serta kondisi lingkungan. Oleh karena itu perlunya kesiapan dari pihak lembaga dan orang tua terutama kesediaan sarana, prasarana pembelajaran yang memadai serta pentingnya pendekatan andragogi pada proses pembelajarannya.


Andragogical Approach and Distance Learning Process in PAUD Qolbun Salim, Jatiendah Village, Cilengkrang District Bandung district

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation, constraints, resistance, and the influential factors in Distance Learning through the andragogy approach in the 2019/2020 Academic Year at PAUD Qolbun Salim, Jatiendah Village, Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency. The research subjects were 26 parents (mothers) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is exploratory with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of Distance Learning in PAUD Qolbun Salim through an andragogical approach was 92% followed, only 8% of parents (mothers) could not follow it. Of the 8% who cannot participate in PJJ, 4% are due to busy doing business online, and 4% are inadequate / decent cellphones. Constraints and resistance in implementing Distance Learning are related to infrastructure, parents' abilities and environmental conditions. Therefore the need for readiness from the institutions and parents, especially the availability of adequate learning facilities, infrastructure and the importance of an andragogical approach in the learning process.
