Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to analyze and describe the evaluation of PLK implementation through the evaluation analysis of the CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome) model. This type of research is an evaluation design with a mixed method approach. The population is all informants and students of FIK UNP who are involved in PLK activities for the January-June 2021 period. The sample was 62 students and 32 informants. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Research instruments using the CIPPO model are observation, documentation studies, interviews, and questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, while qualitative analysis with AHP (Analytical Hirearchy Process). The results of the study are; 1) The implementation of PLK for students of the Faculty of Sports Science in terms of the context component is known to have been achieved well. That is, the PLK Program of the contexct component of the activity can be continued without the need for revision.; 2) The implementation of PLK in terms of input components is known that it has run well. Revisions that need to be made to the input component are to set the school requirements as stated in the PLK guidebook; 3) The implementation of the PLK for FIK students in terms of the process components has gone well. Revisions that need to be made to the input component are adding material that students must curate during debriefing on campus; 4) The implementation of PLK in terms of product components is known that it has been achieved well. This means that the PLK program from the product component of the activity can be continued without the need for revision; 5) The implementation of PLK in terms of the outcame component is known to have run well. Revisions that need to be made to the outcame component are to add the obligation to carry out non-learning tasks for PLK students. The conclusion of the PLK implementation program for FIK UNP students has been running well in terms of the evaluation analysis of the CIPPO model.
