Abstract

It is necessary lo grow the awareness that there is norm that control
and guide individual behavior in social life since childhood Civic
education is a subject in elementary school that is closely related to
law and civic. This subject is expected to help students to be aware
of law and conslilulion.
Law related education in school is supposed lo be in/ended for
helping studenls gain knowledge and skill necesswy so thal lhey can
effectively participale in law organizalions. Law education in
elemenlary school cannot be alienated from student's moral
developmenl. Law education learning model in elementary school
should be atfjusted lo children's thinking ability and moral
developmenl.
