Abstract


Microteaching is a form of training teaching model. Actually, in the context, teaching consist of some action, namely, using the method and media, guiding learning, providing motivation, class management, providing assesment, and content delivery technically. In the other words, teaching action is a complex action. Therefore, in the other to teach a basic skill mastery, a teacher needs to practice a partial. It means that each component of the basic teaching skill needs control

Reflection is the driving force of learning and runways for personal and professional development. Reflection is very important in microteaching, because it has the awareness of the strengths and weaknesses as a approach, and the other pedagogical area, and so the reflection will generate a new idea for teaching improvement. Pre-service training should be to apply the reflective element in microteaching program. Reflective microteaching approach should be used as a basis to develop a teaching skill, and ability to reflect, and buildĀ  metateaching awareness of a teacher candidate.
