UPAYA MENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TOLAK PELURU GAYA MEMBELAKANGI MELALUI MODIFIKASI PELURU BUATAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII B SMP NEGERI 2 TURI KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

Abstract
This research is motivated by the problem of a lack of understanding of students to the basic motion shot put, both
quality and quantity, since there is limited bullets were used. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of
the psychomotor aspects of learners in the learning style shot put their backs to the students of class VIII B of SMP
Negeri 2 Turi by modifying the bullet. This research is a classroom action research that consists of 2 cycles and precycle.
Subjects were students of class VIII and the number of students as many as 32 people Object of research is
to improve the learning outcomes of students in learning style turned shot put bullets through artificial modification
as measured by test performance. The results showed that an increase in learning outcomes of students from the
initial conditions, the first cycle and the second cycle. In the initial condition of the average value of the performance
(psychomotor) is only 1.78. In the first cycle of the first meeting of an increase in the average value of the performance
(psychomotor) to 2.47, and at the second meeting of the average value of the performance (psychomotor) to 3.19. After
the merger in the first cycle the average value of the performance (psychomotor) to 2.83. In the first cycle has been
carried out actions to improve the learning outcomes of students with bullets modification approaches and methods of
play. However, in the first cycle, the average performance (psychomotor) has not reached the limit KKM.Pada second
cycle there is an increase that is more meaningful, the average value of the performance (psychomotor) to 3.47.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik terhadap gerak dasar
tolak peluru, baik kualitas maupun kuantitasnya, dikarenakan terbatasnya peluru yang digunakan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dari aspek psikomotorik peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tolak peluru
gaya membelakangi pada peserta didik kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Turi dengan memodifikasi peluru. Penelitian ini
merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan pra siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik
kelas VIII B dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 orang Objek penelitian adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta
didik dalam pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi melalui modifikasi peluru buatan yang diukur dengan
tes unjuk kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari kondisi
awal, siklus I, dan siklus II. Pada kondisi awal rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja (psikomotorik) hanya 1,78. Pada siklus I
pertemuan pertama terjadi peningkatan rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja (psikomotorik) menjadi 2,47, dan pada pertemuan
kedua rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja (psikomotorik) menjadi 3,19. Setelah dilakukan penggabungan pada siklus I ratarata
nilai unjuk kerja (psikomotorik) menjadi 2,83. Pada siklus I telah dilakukan tindakan untuk meningkatkan hasil
belajar peserta didik dengan pendekatan modifikasi peluru dan metode bermain. Namun pada siklus I ini rata-rata
unjuk kerja ( psikomotorik ) belum mencapai batas KKM.Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang lebih berarti, yaitu
rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja (psikomotorik) menjadi 3,47.
