THE EFFECT PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONALISM AND TEACHER TRAINING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CURRICULUM 2013 IN SMKN YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of school leadership, teacher professionalism and teachers’ training together towards the implementation of Curriculum 2013 at five of SMK Negeri Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative study with a co-relational design. The research population were 600 teachers, 234 teachers were drawn as sample by using proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis showed that: school leadership affect the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SMK Kota Yogyakarta (p<0.05).
