Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu UKM mitra (Chumplung Adji Craft dan Yanti Bathok Craft) dalam rangka meningkatkan produktifitas ekspor dari UKM mitra tersebut. Tujuan tersebut diwujudkan dengan usaha meningkatkan produktivitas, nilai aset, dan nilai omzet pendapatan mitra.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan transfer teknologi dengan cara pengadaan dan pembuatan. Untuk kegiatan dalam rangka transfer knowledge ditempuh dengan memberikan pelatihan dengan tahapan penyampaian materi (ceramah), diskusi dan tanya jawab, praktik, dan pendampingan.Hasil yang dicapai adalah (a) Yanti Bathok Craft: peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 15%, peningkatan nilai aset sebesar 10%, peningkatan omzet sebesar 23%, dan penambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 2 orang; (b) Chumplung Adji Craft: peningkatan nilai aset sebesar 7,7%, peningkatan omzet sebesar 21,5%, dan penambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 2 orang
