Banu Setiya. Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Institute of Economic Science DR. Moechtar Thalib, Jakarta in 2015 and currently continuing his studies at the Postgraduate Program in Economics, University of Indonesia. He also serves as a staff at the Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance. The author is in charge of preparing analytical materials in context of remuneration policies and regulations for the civil servants.

Djoni Hartono is a lecturer and a researcher at the Graduate Program in Economics, Faculty of Economics, at the University of Indonesia. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Indonesia in 2006 after completing a master's degree program in economics at the same university. He earned a B.S. in mathematics from Bogor Agricultural University. He has been teaching at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia since 2002 in both graduate and undergraduate programs, covering mathematical economics, statistics for economics, econometrics, energy economics, regional economics, and economic modeling. As a researcher, his interests cover the economy-wide impact of energy policies as well as regional and economic development, with a specialty in computable general equilibrium modeling.
