Abstrak 

       Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan latar belakang penciptaan lagu Terima Kasih Guruku, sebagai upaya merespon kebutuhan akan minimnya lagu yang berisikan penghargaan terhadap profesi guru di Indonesia.  Proses penciptaan dilakukan melalui tahapan membaca berbagai literature tentang guru, musik pop dan trend music zaman sekarang yang sesuai dengan generasi Z. Selain itu, ada inspirasi dari rasa terima kasih yang mendalam terhadap perjuangan dan pengorbanan guru selama masa sekolah yang membekas dalam. Pengetahuan yang didapat selama masa sekolah telah membuahkan kesuksesan di masa depan. Dalam belajar dan pembelajaran, salah satu penggunaan lagu Terima Kasih Guruku yaitu sebagai media dalam video pembelajaran e-learning yang dimiliki oleh UNY di dalam beberapa mata kuliah.

AS THE BACKING SONG OF MP4 MEDIA

IN E-LEARNING CLASSROOM

 

Abstract 

       The purpose of this study is to describe the background and process of composing the Song Terima Kasih Guruku as a response to the needs of songs which contain about teachers, pop music and music trend today which match with Z generation. Besides that, there was such an important inspiration as deep grateful feeling to the struggle and sacrifice which had been done by teachers in school which stay in the heart. The knowledge which was acquired in the school give extra help in reaching successful life today. In teaching learning process, this song is used as media in the video under e-learning mode of study in UNY in numbers of courses.
