The Development of Assessment Tool on the Job Training Basic Engineering Competency Based Training

This research aims to obtain validity and validity information from the development of the OJT Assessment Tool as an assessment instrument on the material of PBK Basic Engineering at Corporate University Komatsu Indonesia. Research and Development (R&D) research type with a 4-D development model that consists of four phased procedures, namely Define (defining), Design (design), Develop (development), Disseminate (penyebarluasan). The applied research instrument is a study sheet that analyzes problems on several observations, such as curricula, curriculum, and training participants, validated by expert validators with the Guttman scale. Research objects are Assessment Tool on material PBK Basic Engineering Corporate University Komatsu Indonesia. The study data is processed with content analysis and the validation results are analyzed by determining the average of each assessment. The results of this study are: (1) Assessment Tool OJT PBK Basic Engineering which is distributed to instructors and learning organizers as soft files. (2) Eligibility of assessments obtained criteria "fine" with expert assessment 1 of maximum score 1.
