Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the role of the teacher, workshop facilities, and the role of the teacher and workshop facilities simultaneously on learning achievement in class XII SMAW welding practice at SMK Negeri 1 Purworejo. This research is an ex-post facto quantitative research. The population in this study was 36 students and all of them were the research sample. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. There are three prerequisite tests, namely normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique is carried out by hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the role of the teacher, workshop facilities, and the role of the teacher and workshop facilities simultaneously on the learning achievement of class XII SMAW welding practices at SMK Negeri 1 Purworejo. This can be seen from the values ​​obtained,namely rx1y  of 0,781, rx2y  of 0,745, dan rx1x2y  of 0,821.
