About the Journal

Journal of Applied Culinary Arts (JACA), published twice a year (January and July), is a multidisciplinary journal with open access which is reviewed from several campuses in Indonesia. This journal is published by the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Yogyakarta State University (UNY). JACA aims to provide a national and international forum for academics, researchers, and professionals to share ideas.

The subject areas for publication in the Journal of Applied Culinary Arts (JACA) cover Tourism, Culinary and Gastronomy, Entrepreneurship and Food Business Development Strategy.
