Strategi Pemberdayaan Kesehatan Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Fit and Fun Morning di Dusun Nangsri

The study aims to analyze community health empowerment strategies through Fit and Fun Morning activities in Nangsri Village. A qualitative approach with participatory case study design was employed. Research subjects included 35 PKK women aged 25-55 years, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection utilized participant observation, in depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed Miles & Huberman's interactive model. Results demonstrated significant health participation improvements, with 87.5% routine attendance and 92.3% increased physical activity motivation. The intervention effectively reduced hypertension risk by 45% and improved physical fitness by 35%. The research generated an adaptive and transformative community-based health empowerment model.
