PENGARUH SPORT MASSAGE TERHADAP PENURUNAN PERASAAN LELAH SETELAHLATIHAN DI UKM PENCAK SILAT UNY

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sport massage terhadappenurunan perasaan lelah setelah latihan di UKM pencak silat UNY. Penelitian ini merupakanmetode penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods). Model penelitian menggunakan desain sequentialexplanatory disign. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuesioner untukmengetahui seberapa tingkat perasaan lelah atlet setelah latihan. Data di analisis dengan statistiknon parametrik yaitu dengan uji beda wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanadanya pengaruh sport massage terhadap perasaan lelah setelah latihan di UKM pencak silat UNYdengan nilai p = 0,004, maka p < 0,05. Rata-rata pretest sebesar 6,4 dengan tingkat lelah yaitulelah sedang (46,7%) dan rata-rata posttest sebesar 3,4 dengan tingkat lelah yaitu tidak lelah(66,7%). Persentase pengaruh pemberian sport massage terhadap perasaan lelah adalah 88,2%.Kata kunci: sport massage, perasaan lelah, UKM pencak silat
