Adaptasi dan uji psikometrik State Fear of Missing Out Inventory (SFOMOI) versi bahasa Indonesia

Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) merupakan pengalaman psikologis yang sering terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa, didorong oleh tingginya paparan dan penggunaan media sosial. Fenomena ini memicu kekhawatiran sesaat akan kehilangan pengalaman berharga yang dijalani orang lain. Sebagian besar instrumen FoMO yang ada berfokus pada pengukuran sifat yang stabil (trait) sehingga kurang mampu menangkap dinamika FoMO sebagai kondisi emosional situasional (state). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan State Fear of Missing Out Inventory (SFOMOI) ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Proses adaptasi dilakukan dengan mengikuti pedoman International Test Commission (ITC) yang mencakup forward dan back-translation, penilaian oleh panel ahli, serta uji keterbacaan. Penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan SFOMOI versi Indonesia dengan bukti validitas isi yang sangat baik. Struktur unidimensional dari instrumen asli berhasil direplikasi dengan muatan faktor yang memadai. Reliabilitas konsistensi internal juga tergolong sangat baik. SFOMOI versi Indonesia dapat digunakan untuk mengukur FoMO situasional pada populasi mahasiswa, serta dapat diaplikasikan dalam penelitian yang memerlukan pengukuran fluktuasi emosional sesaat.References
