Abstract

Mahasiswa pekerja seringkali menghadapi tantangan berat terkait peran ganda, yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa, sehingga penting untuk memahami faktor yang dapat mendukung ketahanan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gratitude terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa yang bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 370 mahasiswa yang bekerja. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala gratitude dan skala resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara gratitude terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa yang bekerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 (p < 0.05). Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa gratitude memprediksi 50.3% varians dalam resiliensi (R² = .503, p < .05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa gratitude berperan sebagai faktor psikologis yang memperkuat daya tahan mahasiswa dalam menjalani peran ganda sebagai pekerja dan pelajar, serta membantu mahasiswa untuk memaknai tantangan secara lebih positif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi intervensi psikologis untuk meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa yang bekerja dengan memperkuat rasa syukur sebagai bagian dari kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa.
