Peran work-life balance dan dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan generasi Z

Penelitian ini menguji peran dari keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) dan dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Generasi Z. Regresi linear berganda adalah metode analisis data yang diterapkan dalam studi ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan 162 karyawan Generasi Z, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala untuk kepuasan kerja yang diadaptasi dari Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) ke dalam bahasa Indonesia oleh Dewinda et al. (2020), skala work-life balance yang diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dari skala Work-Life Balance oleh Gunawan et al. (2019), dan skala dukungan sosial yang diadaptasi oleh Sulistiani et al. (2022). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Work-life balance dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Generasi Z (p=0,000; F=22,529; R²=0,221); (2) Work-life balance tidak dapat memprediksi kepuasan kerja apabila menjadi prediktor tunggal (p=0,000; t=6,650); (3) Dukungan sosial dapat memprediksi kepuasan kerja apabila menjadi prediktor tunggal (p=0,000; t=6,650). Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan Generasi Z merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya ketika dapat menyeimbangkan perannya di kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaannya serta mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga, teman, dan significant others.References
