Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet futsal Blaster FC, Kobata FC dan Wacida FC. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data tes dan pengukuran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu tim futsal yang trdapat di kota jayapura dan tim futsal yang akan berlaga pada kompetisi Port Numbay Soccer. Adapun jumlah subjek tersebut berjumlah 36 subyek yang terdiri atas 12 atlet futsal Blaster Fc, 12 atlet futsal Kobata Fc dan 12 atlet futsal Wacida Fc. Insturmen yang digunakan sebanyak 4 macam, yaitu lari 60 meter untuk mengukur kecepatan, Illinois agility run test digunakan untuk mengukur kelincahan, multistage test digunakan untuk mengukur daya tahan kaordiovaskular, vertical jump digunakan untuk mengukur power tungkai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus persentase dan menggunakan norma pada masing-masing komponen tes. Hasil penelitian pada masing-masing klub menunjukkan kondisi fisik atlet Blaster Fc 75% dalam kondisi baik dan 25% dalam kondisi sedang, kondisi fisik atlet Blaster Fc 50% dalam kondisi baik, 41,66% dalam kondisi sedang dan 8,34% dalam kondisi sangat baik, kondisi fisik atlet Blaster Fc 50% dalam kondisi baik, 33,33% dalam kondisi sedang dan 16,67% dalam kondisi sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan kondisi fisik atlet futsal 45,65% dalam kondisi baik, 26,08% dalam kondisi sedang dan 6,52% dalam kondisi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut kondisi fisik atlet futsal ratarata dalam kondisi baik. Namun perlu adanya peningkatan untuk mempersiapkan diri pada even selanjutnya.

Profile of physical condition of Papuan futsal athletes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical condition of futsal athletes Blaster Fc, Kobata Fc and Wacida Fc. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research with test and measurement data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were obtained by purposive sampling technique, namely the futsal team in Jayapura city andfutsal team that will compete in the Port Numbay Soccer competition. The number of subjects totaled 36 subjects consisting of 12 Blaster Fc futsal athletes, 12 Kobata Fc futsal athletes and 12 Wacida Fc futsal athletes. There are 4 types of instruments used, namely the 60 meter run to measure speed, the Illinois agility run test is used to measure agility, the multistage test is used to measure cardiovascular endurance, the vertical jump is used to measure leg power. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics by using the percentage formula and using the norms for each component of the test. The results of the research for each club showed that the physical condition of the Blaster Fc athletes was 75% in good condition and 25% in moderate condition, the physical condition of the Blaster Fc athletes was 50% in good condition, 41.66% in moderate condition and 8.34% in good condition. very good, the physical condition of the Blaster Fc athletes was 50% in good condition, 33.33% in moderate condition and 16.67% in very good condition. Overall, the physical condition of the futsal athletes was 45.65% in good condition, 26.08% in moderate condition and 6.52% in very good condition. Based on these results, the average physical condition of futsal athletes is in good condition. But there needs to be an increase to prepare for the next event
