Implementasi Aktivitas Fisik di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kabupaten Cilacap

Abstract


Implementasi aktivitas fisik di taman kanak-kanak Kabupaten Cilacap menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan survei cross-sectional digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 56 guru dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 30 item dengan 3 domain. Koefisien validitas instrumen sebesar 0,729 sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,980 yang menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner tersebut valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aktivitas fisik berada pada kategori “sangat tidak sesuai” sebesar 0%, kategori “tidak sesuai” sebesar 41,07%, kategori “cukup sesuai” sebesar 25,00%, kategori “sesuai” sebesar 30,36%, dan kategori “sangat sesuai” sebesar 3,57%. Implementasi aktivitas fisik yang kurang seusai di taman kanak-kanak memberikan hasil yang paling besar yaitu 41,07%. Oleh karena itu, sekolah taman kanak-kanak harus lebih banyak memasukkan aktivitas fisik untuk mendorong perkembangan anak.

 

Abstract: Physical activity implementation in Cilacap Regency kindergartens is the focus of this study with used a quantitative method. Approach cross-sectional survey is used for data collected. This research sampled 56 teachers who were determined using a simple random sampling. The instrument used in the data collection process was a questionnaire with a total of 30 items divided into three domain. Instrument validity coefficients of 0.729 and instrument reliability 0.980 indicate that the questionnaire is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used in this study was percentage data analysis. The result showed that the implementation of physical activity was in the “very inappropriate” category at 0%, the “inappropriate” category at 41.07%, the “quite appropriate” category at 25.00%, the “appropriate” category at 30.36%, and the “very appropriate” category at 3.57%. Implementation physical activity in kindergarten had the greatest results, 41.07%. Thus, kindergartens must incorporate more physical activity to foster children's development.
