Studi eksplorasi klub sepakbola pada Liga 2 Indonesia 2018: Bagaimana cara bertahan dalam keterbatasan?

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan eksplorasi pada klub sepakbola yang menjalani Liga 2 Indonesioa 2018 dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lima peserta penelitian dari stakeholder klub dipilih secara sengaja sebagai partisipan wawancara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sebagai berikut: melakukan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Validasi instrumen menggunakan ‘expert judgment’ dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan bantuan Scientific Software ATLAS Ti. Versi 7.5.16. Hasilnya, kendala finansial (soft budget constraint) menjadi permasalahan utama klub dalam menjalani kompetisi. Artikel ini diakhiri dengan mengusulkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan klub dalam menjalani kompetisi meskipun dalam keterbatasan sumber daya, yaitu; perencanaan yang strategis, kolektivitas organisasi dan tim, manajerial skill dan  pengaruh dari external stakeholder.
