Hubungan Antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasional dan Kreativitas Pada Desainer di Surabaya

Abstract


Kreativitas merupakan salah satu hal yang terpenting dalam bekerja, terutama di Negara Indonesia yang sedang memasuki era industri 4.0. Pada era ini, kreativitas untuk berinovasi sangatlah dibutuhkan agar negara dapat bertahan di tengah-tengah persaingan global. Salah satu hal yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas adalah lingkungan tempat individu bekerja. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap 72 desainer yang bekerja di Surabaya dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional dan kreativitas. Melalui hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa kreativitas desainer di Surabaya tidak dipengaruhi oleh persepsi dukungan organisasional (r = .110, p > .05). Penelitian lanjutan disarankan dengan melibatkan variabel moderator dan mediator seperti rasa hutang budi (felt obligation), lama masa kerja dan jabatan, serta stres kerja terutama stres kerja penghalang (hindrance stressor). Variabel yang merupakan atribut personal seperti kepribadian, intelektual, dan modal psikologis juga disarankan pada penelitian selanjutnya sebagai variabel bebas, guna mempeluas temuan terhadap kreativitas
