TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN STATUS HIDRASI PADA ATLET TAEKWONDO UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Agar dapat tercapainya tujuan pelatihan dan prestasi yang diharapkan, maka pelatih harus menyadari bahwa meningkatnya prestasi atlet berhubungan dengan faktor pendukung prestasi. Untuk mencapai prestasi yang optimal ada banyak hal yang menjadi faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor pendukung yang berkaitan dengan status hidrasi. Dalam artikel ini, peneliti fokus pada pengetahuan atlet tentang status hidrasi. Status hidrasi memiliki dampak besar pada performa atlet dalam prestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan status hidrasi pada atlet cabang olahraga taekwondo di Univeristas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasinya adalah atlet cabang olahraga taekwondo. Tes pengukuran masing-masing variabel adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan atlet tentang status hidrasi pada atlet taekwondo, kategori sangat kurang sebanyak 0 responden, kategori kurang sebanyak 0 responden, kategori cukup sebanyak 1 responden. kategori baik sebanyak 12 responden. kategori sangat baik sebanyak 13 responden.

 

KNOWLEDGE OF HYDRATION STATUS IN TAEKWONDO ATHLETES YOGYAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY

 Abstracts

In order to achieve the expected training goals and achievements, the coach must realize that the increase in athlete performance is related to achievement supporting factors. To achieve optimal performance there are many factors, one of which is the supporting factors related to hydration status. In this article, researchers focus on athletes' knowledge of hydration status. Hydration status has a major impact on the athlete's performance in achievement. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of hydration status in taekwondo athletes at Yogyakarta State University. This research is an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The population is athletes in the sport of taekwondo. The measurement test for each variable is to use a closed questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that the athlete's level of knowledge about hydration status in taekwondo athletes, the very lacking category is 0 respondents, the less category is 0 respondents, the sufficient category is 1 respondent. good category as many as 12 respondents. very good category as many as 13 respondents.
